Parmesan Pasta
This quick and effective dish is great to whip up after coming in from a hard day's work or just for comfort on a cold, rainy day.
Ingredients
- Cook pasta according to instructions.
- Fry lardons whilst pasta is cooking. On another smaller pan toast the peppercorns for 1 min. on medium to high heat. Once toasted crush pepper and add to pan with lardons.
- Once pasta is cooked add to pan with about 1/4 of the water used to cook it, keep the remainder as you may have to add it later on.
- Now add grated parmesan - as much as you wish but at least enough to coat all the pasta. Keep stirring dish until cheese has melted and water evaporated (but still moist)
- Eat!
